Positive: Clean with good ammenities; spacious with kitchenette; convenience store nearby; reasonably close to the airport
Negative: TV was unusable as no DTV and unable to select English as a user language (and no on-site operating instructions in english); very unusual bathroom shower as the wall shower nozzle was located beside the bathtub (not over it as per usual) and no shower curtain; beds were floor level mattresses on a raised platform - difficult for senior persons like ourselves to get into and out of.

Positive: The location is quite close to Kansai International Airport, and there's a Seicomart across the street. The unit is nice and luxurious. It has two bathrooms, making it perfect for groups.
