Summary: Basement property with well windows with lots of indoor lighting. Hosts were excellent. Good communication by text. Bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and well stocked. Large refrigerator freezer and in unit washer and dryer. Plenty of on street parking. The unit did not have a separate private locked door but shared a common entry with the first floor. The bed and living room futon were comfortable.

Summary: This was a nice clean basement apartment. It is in a wonderful location for walking trails, walking to neighborhood restaurants and stores, and public transportation to the metro area. There is a lovely private sitting area in the back and a peaceful fountain-side sitting area in the front.

Summary: Everything was comfortable and the property was spotless. I have a hard time sleeping on some beds, but this one was lovely.Very well stocked with cooking supplies. Neighborhood was exactly what I wanted, and peaceful.

Summary: Karen and Randell’s well decorated, immaculate, and comfortable apartment absolutely met our needs. The beautiful city neighborhood location with its restaurants , shops, a fine grocery store and Lake Harriet all easy walks was a pleasure to explore. For our two week stay we especially appreciated the unit’s washer and dryer. A summer return is now on our Bucket List!
