Positive: The convenience of the location to access my cancer treatments.
Negative: I was very disappointed to be put on the 5th floor when I requested a lower floor to accommodate my dog’s needs and my ill health . I got a room furthest from the elevators . There’s no microwave or fridge in the room. The price of the room was outrageous for eleven hours with the extra charge for for our dog, who was clean and perfect sleeping on her own bedding.
Summary: Below average for the cost. Clean. Vague on price when it checked out. Not honest.
