Our home is located just over the dunes from 6 miles of sandy beach. It is only 6 blocks from the Duluth aerial lift bridge and Canal Park. Canal Park has restaurants, shopping, museums, and a boardwalk along the north shore of Lake Superior.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 twin beds); a game room with boardgames and a foos ball table and dart board; washer and dryer; central air-conditioning; and a large living room with wi-fi, TV, videos, and books.
Outside we provide a propane grill and picnic table.
We also provide 2 old 'cruiser' bicycles for your use.

Summary: Our stay at this house was for five nights in mid-August. There were four adults and four children. There are many reasons this property has so many five star reviews. To start, the communication was excellent. All questions were answered in a matter of a couple of hours at the longest and the question I had once at the house was answered via text in a matter of minutes. The owners want you to enjoy your stay an be as comfortable as possible. The house itself is kept in immaculate condition. Once inside there are instructions for getting to the beach, utilizing the grill, running the dishwasher, and guides for various restaurants and activities in Duluth. Everything is cleaned and in working order and the walls are freshly painted. The bedrooms are more spacious than the pictures depict and the beds are comfortable. The living room is large and the kitchen is kept in clean working order. Our kids loved the Foosball table At no point in our stay did we feel cramped. We loved the character of the house and my wife exclaimed after being inside for five minutes she would not mind living there. The walk to Lake Superior is quite short and the beach was wonderful for swimming, playing, and watching boats come into and leave the harbor. I loved every aspect of this house, it's location, and the amenities offered. I would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting the Duluth area.

Summary: Nice house near the lake, canal, and downtown areas of Duluth. Nice place to get together with family. Heather and Steve were great.

Summary: We are so thankful and happy that we were able to rent the Minnesota Point Beach House 2. The accomodations were perfect and fit our needs very well. Heather was fabulous to work with and once we met her, we absolutely knew that we had found a gem! This home is generous in size and Heather and Steve have it filled with any and everything you could need. There were more than enough kitchen supplies, bedding, and towels for the beach to keep everyone in our family happy! We arrived and that evening Duluth experienced the most powerful summer storm in history! We were very fortunate that we still had power and that there was no damage to the house. The only thing we lost...was the major television stations in town...but then everyone in the area also lost tv and so much more. It was reassuring to know that we were able to communicate with Heather by text to let her know how the house stood the storm. We are looking forward to coming back to Duluth and renting from Heather and Steve! We highly recommend this or any of the other properties that are owned and rented by this couple. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Summary: The location of this place is its greatest asset. It's right over the bridge from Canal Park and the Lakewalk, which can bring you right into downtown. Obviously, being on the beachfront on the greatest of the Great Lakes doesn't hurt it's situation one bit. I can't wait to come back in the summer! Love Duluth!

Summary: We had a wonderful visit to Duluth over Thanksgiving! The house was a perfect fit for us. Lots of room for kids and adults. Easy kitchen to work within and nice large table to sit at! A few walks over the dunes to the lake, and a short drive or walk to Canal Park! The house is clean, comfortable and roomy! Heather is extremely easy to work with. We highly recommend!

Summary: Our two families stayed at this house over the long MEA weekend and had a blast! The house was clean and the kitchen well appointed. The kids loved the foosball room with the dart board and chalk board, the adults loved the location and the proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Duluth!

Summary: There were 8 of us that stayed Oct 9-11 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! This home is in a great Duluth location for walking to any of the Canal Park or downtown venues. The weather was SO nice, we walked on the beach into town. The description and pictures are exactly what you get. The beach is just a short hike over the dunes & Lake Superior is always breathtaking. The home is spacious and stocked with quality kitchen appliances & dishes, comfortable bedroom furniture, leather couches and thick bath towels. We were all very impressed. Prompt responses re any ?s, easy check-in & out. Our group will definitely be returning.
