This is the perfect place for a getaway! There are miles of sandy beach along the shore of Lake Superior right out the back door (150 steps out the front door and you are on the beach!). You are 1.2 miles from the aerial lift bridge, Canal Park, and downtown Duluth. The house was newly remodeled in the fall of 2015. Partially finished basement includes air hockey table, kids' chalkboard, and washer/dryer. 2 bedroom (one queen bed, one full bed), one full bathroom, gas fireplace, sleeps 4.

Summary: This home and host were amazing! Check in was a little bumpy just because the check in directions didn't explain that you need to use the side door and it was really late(dark) when we arrived, but that was honestly the only hiccup the entire stay! Host was super kind and helpful! House is perfect sized for a small family. It was clean, relatively easy to locate, and a 2 minute walk from the beach! We ended up getting a flat tire and the neighbors were also amazing and let us borrow their jack when we realized our rental didn't come with one... This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed at! 10/10!!!!

Summary: 70 degree weather for our 1st week. Amazing sunrises just steps away from rental. House was spotless, bright and full of amenities. Location can't be beat. Look up the Duluth Harbor Cam and Harbor Lookout Schedules and you can be at Bridge in 10 minutes. Very easy to practice social distancing while enjoying the beautiful North Shore. Heather was great to work with and you can tell that she really cares about her guests. Meant alot to us!

Summary: We had a fabulous month long beachside stay on park point at 110 22nd street. I cannot say enough good things. We had amazing access to the beach, beautiful sunsets, sunrises, lots of sand, and fun in the water. The house was very cozy and cute. You have all the amenities for a successful family vacation including games, puzzles, movies, and air hockey for rainy days. Heather had the home perfectly set up for our family. The kids kept asking if we could move in permanently. We definitely look forward to our next stay in the future.

Summary: The host was very friendly and helpful. I loved how environmentally clean the house was and the beach access was a big plus. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: I stayed at the park point beach house for an entire month in September/October. The host of the house was an incredible communicator and made me feel welcome from start to finish. She even helped me find some items that I would need to accommodate my stay and made sure to furnish them with the house. I can't wait to stay at this property again and feel the warm sun on the beach of Lake Superior. It was really hard to leave. This became my second home and I definitely left a piece of my heart in that place. 10/10 would stay here again and plan to do so next year! I miss it already! Thanks for everything Heather, you're a phenomenal host.

Summary: Just steps away from Lake Superior. Well appointed house, with everything you need, including bicycles. We loved being on the beach and listening to the lake when it got riled up. The only downside is we couldn’t see the lake, but that was far outweighed by proximity an sounds. We had a wonderful month.

Summary: Our family of four, children 6 and 9, absolutely loved our stay this July. Heather is awesome and was very helpful for any questions we had and for anything we needed during our stay. The access to the beach is unbeatable. Beach walks, coffee on the beach, and hours swimming consumed our month. It's a great place!

Summary: I can not tell you enough about Heather, she went over and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The home is updated and nicely decorated with up to date fixtures and electronics. Nice warm heat on those cold mornings, and a nice cool breeze from the lake in the afternoon. Summary: We just spent 2 great months in this home. The house was clean and well maintained. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay including bikes to borrow. The location was just outstanding. We were one house and a sand dune from the beach, a great place to have morning coffee. We were an easy walk to the Canal Park area for restaurants, movies and the many festivals that Duluth has during the summer. Heather is a dream. She was easily available and had the answers to all our questions about the area and things to do. It was a great time!!!!
