When the weather is right, end your evenings kicking back on the patio to reset for another exciting adventure. Destination at Lyndale Bungalow couldn't be easier. Walking distance to playgrounds, amazing coffee shops, many restaurants, convenience stores, salons and boutique shops and much more. Easy access to public transport and a straight shot to Downtown Minneapolis make this a great spot to get just about anywhere. Just miles from other great attractions like the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Walker Art Center and Minneapolis Sculpture Gardens, Hennepin History Museum, and Como Zoo, plus the Minnesota Streetcar Museum where you can take pleasure in a vintage streetcar ride. The area has so much to offer.
*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Summary: Charming old home in a very convenient location. The property was very clean, and communication with the management company very easy. We are also greatly appreciative that the property allowed our dog to stay with us. I would advise anyone staying here to arrive as closely as possible to the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. There is an excellent restaurant across the street (Khaluna), and the street parking fills up quickly on nights it is open. There is a spot to put a car behind the property, but it's a very tight fit so we relied on street parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This immaculate home had tons of beautiful touches, from the delicious complimentary popcorn treats to the great smelling branded toiletries, to the puzzle left for us to work on while we chatted. The beds were comfortable and had the best pillows I've used at any rental lodgings ever. Although the street was busy, we heard no traffic noise at all once we closed the door. I loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
