Positive: Very helpful host. Pool was lovely. View from the balcony was incredible- best sunset of our Italy trip! Lovely and spacious place.
Negative: Neighbours were rude. Parking was difficult if you have more than 1 car. A steep 30 minute walk back from town although there was buses that run often.
Summary: Beautiful scenery , beautiful appartment !

Positive: Spacious apartment with great views and good access to the lovely town of Lerici!
Negative: It felt like the apartment had been locked up for the off season and we were the first visitors for the summer season. The keys weren’t in the box on arrival so someone had to come and drop them off, but the actual keys were returned at some point during our visit and we found them when we were leaving. The instructions mentioned a gate remote but that wasn’t available, so we had to use the gate with a key that only could be used from outside the gate, it took some practice and organisation - something that made an already difficult driveway that little more challenging. All the outdoor furniture was piled up in the 3rd bedroom/lounge room. The oven and dishwasher were turned off at the power which needed a drawer removed to access and turn back on. All the bamboo growing near the entrance could do with a good trimming as it is overgrown and makes the entrance hard to access.
