Enjoy a large yard, a seasonal pool, and three outdoor seating areas perfect for relaxing or mingling. Inside, unwind with a 50-inch Roku TV. Our listing features both professional and real-time images, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. We hope to host you!
The Space:
**We hope you find time to enjoy the above-ground pool, open now until October 1st! Please note: it's shared with the other unit on the property and is not heated.***
**This home has two units. You will be staying in the large of the two. Please inquire about renting both!**
As you walk from the driveway to the entrance, you will reach the patio. There is a bench and two chairs out front, as well as a small table with a barbecue grill. To your left, you will reach the rear entrance of the house that has a digital lock, type in the 4 digit code and door will open.
Once in the house, there is a bedroom on your left with a full-size bed. Past the full bedroom is a bedroom with a trundle bed.
To the right, you will reach the washer and dryer as well as a futon.
To the far right, you will find a short hallway. On the first left down the hallway, there is a bathroom with a full shower and tub. On the first right down the hallway, you will enter the dining room which has a six seater table with six chairs as well as an additional 2 chairs that you can utilize. Straight down the hallway, you reach the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a Dishwasher, Fridge, Blender, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Stove and all items you will need to make your favorite dish (including an additional 2 seater table for your morning coffee).

Is the Living Room: a sectional couch, two arm chairs, a 50 Inch Roku TV, and an additional 4 seater table for those who like to watch the game at the table.

Which is a full bathroom with Tub/Shower.

Will take you to the Patriot Room aka Bedroom #3 and my favorite
Which has a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Which has one Full Bed.
Straight ahead:
You reach the King Room aka BedRoom#5 with an ensuite bathroom.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Guest Access:
Parking: House has a private driveway for parking which is marked unit A
Guest Access: You can use the rear door as the Main Access. You will have full and private access to the larger A unit of the property, with a shared yard and shared driveway.
Prohibited Areas: Unit B parking area which is marked. Also on Unit B side of property, which is on the opposite side of property.
The Neighborhood:
Less than 2 miles to major grocery, restaurants and shopping.
Getting Around:
There are two units on the property. Be sure to access unit A (your unit)! Thank you :-)
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
