Positive: Communication and details regarding the apartment from Paul were excellent. The building has a lift, so regardless of which level your apartment is situated in, it is not a problem. Location of this property is fabulous, close to restaurants, bars and walking distance to most points of interest. The street is surprisingly quiet for such a location. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy, it also has a good air conditioner, a must during the warmer months.
Negative: Lack of toiletries, hand soap, shampoo etc.

Positive: The location was fantastic, close to main area of Valletta. About 10 walk to Republic Square and Supermarket (slight uphill) Great view from rooftop looking towards Sliema. 15 minute walk to Sliema - Valletta Ferry terminal. Small supermarket around the corner 2 minute walk, and restaurants other direction 2 minute walk. Facilities of apartment were fantastic. Very easy access to apartment, directions were sent for entry, use of washing machine, air con etc etc.
Negative: The steps leading to bathroom were annoying after walking all day and having a wonky leg. Small window above sunroom area had no covering so it was very bright and was the main reason for early wake up every day.
Summary: Great location, walking distance to main area of city, bus terminal and ferries. highly recommend.

Positive: The flat was very spacious, with beautiful tiled floors, in a historic part of town close to many restaurants. The host Paul was very accommodating and was easy to get a hold of and arranged a pick-up with a taxi driver he partners with, who was also very nice and gave us lots of tips for Malta on things to do and eat.
Negative: Two very minor things: the water pressure was touch and go, losing pressure completely while showering. The washroom was also up a flight of stairs, so the flat might not be great for people with limited mobility.

Positive: Good Location. Spacious Room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels.
Negative: Shower cubicle could do with a deep clean around edges and bottom/ corner of door. TV instructions didn't seem to line up with reality but hardly used it anyway.

Positive: We stayed in the 3rd floor studio apartment, there was a lift and the keyless entry system worked well. The apartment was spacious, the kitchenette had a good sized fridge, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishwasher. Our host had left milk, some coffee pods and tea bags, as well as some snacks and breakfast cereal. There was a laundry room upstairs with a washing machine, the apartment had a fold out dryer. The bathroom was well equipped with a good shower and a hairdryer. The bed was very comfortable, there were tables and power sockets at each side of the bed. The roof terrace an added plus.
Negative: Nothing, it was all very good.
