Positive: The resort offers exceptional value, particularly the serene ambiance and beautiful views. The dining experience was a highlight, with a wide variety of excellent food options across the restaurants. The spa facilities are excellent, distinguished by the high quality of the therapists and luxurious treatment beds.
Negative: A significant area for improvement is the temperature regulation of the swimming pools. Despite being advertised as heated, the water was consistently too cold for comfortable use, almost as if unheated.

Negative: Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was negatively affected by an unacceptable situation involving the kids’ club staff. We traveled with our own nanny, and from the beginning it felt as if the children’s club employees perceived her as competition. As a result, our nanny was aggressively provoked into a conflict by several staff members working in the kids’ club. Their behavior was unprofessional, confrontational, and completely inappropriate, especially in an environment that should be safe and welcoming for children and families. Instead of acting calmly and respectfully, the staff escalated the situation, creating unnecessary stress and discomfort. This raises serious concerns about staff training, communication standards, and overall management of the kids’ club. We expected much better from a hotel of this level. Until the hotel addresses these issues and ensures respectful behavior from its employees, it is difficult to recommend this hotel to families who rely on childcare services during their stay.

Positive: The views, Spa, Signature Massage in Spa, the M-Bar with Drinks and atmosphere The overall mountain view from the room. The Suite itself - you find peace and serenity almost immediately. Falling as sleep, reading a book, enjoying time - everything was super. The Spa is top-notch, with the Signature Massage - being just a highlight of relaxation and recovery Additionally, the foods taste excellent - whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.
