Positive: Location of this property is very central and convenient. The famous Naschmarkt is just a few minutes of walk and so is the Kettsnbruckengasse station. The apartment is tastefully done and is home away from home.
Negative: They could add a smart TV with some netflix/youtube apps.

Positive: We had everything we needed, well set up. Clean and tidy, washing machine a real good factor.
Negative: Location, street appeal run down. Lots of graffiti.
Summary: Clean and comfortable apartment, easy access to enter. Instructions given were very helpful and easy to follow.

Positive: The location was GREAT for our 7 day Vienna itinerary. Our flight arrived early Sunday morning, so it was great to have secure luggage storage available ON SITE until check in time. The HOST replied promptly to all questions we had via WhatsApp. We also had an eSIMM for Europe to facilitate that. Once we figured out the pedestrian tunnels around Karlsplatz Station, and using U-Bahn or S-Bahn, we were able to WALK (ride) everyplace we wanted to see within 15 minutes of the apartment. There is a pedestrian tunnel entrance just past the Secession building (3-4 blocks away), which takes you to the subway system or provides a shortcut to the Musikverein, Karlskirche, Wiener Konzerthaus or FREE Wien Museum. Stay above ground a few more blocks to reach the Staatsoper or Kunsthistoriche Museum. St. Stephan Cathedral is just a brief subway ride from Karlsplatz, and there is a daily free organ concert at nearby Peterskirche. I enjoyed a memorable birthday dinner at Purstner on Riemergasse, just a few blocks from St. Stephens, but there are MANY restaurants and cafes between the apartment and city center. Weather was warm, so it was great to be able to use the small ELEVATOR. After a few "cruises" where we felt we were rushed through port "destinations" we decided we could also "unpack once" in one city where there was much to see and do. Despite being busy every day, we could return to Vienna for another week and see a whole new itinerary. The area surrounding the apartment was QUIET at night despite being very close to Naschmarkt. A BILLA grocery store is VERY NEAR the apartment for food or other needs, but like many businesses is CLOSED on SUNDAYS. The bedroom WARDROBE cabinet was adequate for our needs. We did use the WASHING MACHINE and drying rack in our unit. My wife and I are both 70 years old (but in good physical condition) and felt SAFE walking at night near the apartment.
Negative: I would like to have had microwave safe bowls with covers to reheat leftovers from the big portions served at some restaurants. Even microwave-safe plastic covers for plates would have worked. There were adequate plates, silverware, glassware and metal pans. Restaurants we visited were well prepared with boxes for "take home", in keeping with the Viennese "minimize waste" culture.

Positive: The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a great size. Having the balcony was also very welcome.
Negative: Just a few little extras would have made all the difference, a bottle of water (as especially arriving on a Sunday all the shops were closed), tissues etc
