Summary: Property was perfect - clean, well-equipped in a beautiful neighborhood. Rachael & David were great hosts - very accommodating and helpful with suggestions regarding restaurants and activities in the area. I would highly recommend!

Summary: The house was clean, well appointed, had all the amenities described, comfortably accommodated eight people and was wheelchair accessible. Furthermore, the owner quickly accepted our request to extend our stay by one day and our request for permission to bring a pet dog. The owner requested we pick up after the dog, which we did. And we picked up much of the waste from the owner’s dogs, at least 20 bags, so we could access the lawn. The owner’s dogs often roamed the property and, unfortunately, dog waste littered much of the back yard. That was the only blemish on a very pleasant stay.

Summary: What a beautiful home! Rachel and David were wonderful and very helpful!!! There were 5 of us, all adults and there was plenty of room for all of us! Beautiful area in Atlanta, close to everything! We so enjoyed staying there and next time in Atlanta, that will be our choice of places to stay!!! Thank you SO much Rachel and David!!! Susan

Summary: The Barton’s were very responsive. The gas fireplace was broken and couldn’t be fixed. They were kind to give us candles to put in the fireplace, though. What a lovely garden, including chickens and deer living there on 1.5 acres in an excellent location. Highly recommended.
