Desert Rose - this master suite has a calming desert color scheme with a custom accent wall as the headboard. It has a king bed and brand new ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower & double vanity. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The double french doors lead out to a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon libations while overlooking all the outdoor space has to offer. The master closet has plenty of hanging space, hangers, hamper and extra linens. There's a Roku TV for your use. Just login to your own services and stream away. Feel free to add channels as you wish.
Americana - Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. The custom accent wall done in navy & white lend to the vibe of this room. There's a dresser, hangers, and a Roku TV.
Europa - This bedroom also has a custom accent wall using locally sourced art pieces. It boasts a king size bed, dresser, hangers and a Roku TV.
Guest Bathroom has a bath/shower combo. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Space to work/learn/sleep/play - This flex space has a custom accent wall that lends to the energy of the room. There's a dedicated work space with a glass desk, Roku TV that doubles as a monitor. There's also a queen size murphy bed that can be easily setup for use. The linens for this bed are in the master closet.
Living room - the local photography gives you a sense of what the area has to offer. There's comfy seating and a gas fireplace for those who stay during our chilly months. The picture windows overlook the large back yard with a fire pit and pool. There's even a 65" Roku TV to enjoy a movie w/ friends & family.
Dining - this space is open to the kitchen and the living area. There's enough seating for 8. The double french doors lead to the outdoor area.
Kitchen - very well equipped with stainless steel appliances, many small appliances (rice cooker/Instapot, waffle maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender, coffee makers and tea pot) and a variety of cookware and utensils. There's a selection of coffees, teas, k-cups, snacks, spices & oils available for your use. Enjoy cooking a meal on the gas stove if you'd like, or not. There's plenty of great places to have a meal, or have one delivered.
Laundry - there's a full size washer & dryer for your use, along with detergent and dryer sheets. There's a garment steamer, iron & ironing board as well if you have to be de-wrinkled for that special occasion.
Game Room - This is where the fun happens! There's a good variety of games with more being added all the time. There's a 65" Roku TV, comfy seating and a table/chairs for board games, puzzles or a great game of poker.
Outdoor space - and this is where the fun continues! Spend the afternoon in the large family sized pool. Cook a meal on the pellet grill (set the time, turn it on... it's really that easy). Lounge by the pool or relax under the covered patio. For the evening outdoor fun, build a fire in the fire pit and enjoy the stars. There's also some outdoor games that are stored in the game room.
