Whether it’s just you or your whole family, come visit this gorgeous home with lots of room for making memories! Peaceful and safe neighborhood with a sunset view over The Bay from the master bedroom balcony! Comfort and space aplenty for anything from conducting business in the large office space to hosting your entire family for a staycation. A wonderful city park an easy walk from the house through our beautiful neighborhood. 13 minutes from Lambeau Field.
The Master Suite is complete with a King Size very comfortable bed, a walk in closet and a second large closet area. More storage than any vacation could ever need. The master bath is spacious and well appointed. A large tiled shower with 3 shower heads, tiled seat, and more than enough room for more than 1. Relax with a big screen TV, many streaming services active and ready for use and room specific environmental controls. A sliding door to the small balcony where you can enjoy the sunset over The Bay.
You'll find baby extras including a potty trainer/step stool for toddler access to tooth brushing and washing hands, along with a pack n' play tucked away in the master bedroom closet. A high chair and a bassinet in the coat closet next to the front door and a nice stroller in the garage available for use.
The kid's room is upstairs across from the master suite with 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan to keep it comfortable. A full bathroom in the hallway between the rooms available to keep any additional guests from invading the serenity of the master suite.
2 more bedrooms, one on the main floor, one downstairs, both with very comfortable queen beds and spacious closets. Main floor bedroom directly across from the 3rd full bathroom.
The kitchen is large with most everything you could need to prepare wonderful meals while there. All new appliances with a gas stove and exterior exhaust through the above range microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, soda stream, even an electric griddle packed away for your use. Explore the many lighting options throughout the space to customize your ambiance.
Living room is set up for comfort. Carpeted with 2 very comfortable leather couches and that one leather chair with ottoman that everyone has always wanted. Sink into it for an afternoon nap or just to watch the game. Local TV stations along with many others available on this TV.
Game room downstairs with big screen, PlayStation, foosball and board games.
Many streaming services active on all 3 TVs.

Summary: Our family is considering moving to Green Bay for retirement. We wanted to see what it would be like to live here. The Otter Den served as a perfect home base for our research. We loved the open and spacious layout. We grilled out 4 times. We discovered a path to Joliet park and the amazing fossil rocks on our walk through the neighborhood. It was a short drive to Communiversity park for a spectacular sunset. The location allowed for multiple kayaking excursions and a day trip to Door County. The large screen TVs made watching the Olympics more enjoyable. Nate was super responsive with next day Amazon delivery of anything that needed replacement. We appreciated his daily check-ins to ensure our stay was the best possible. Beds were super comfy, especially the pillows. Waffle maker was a special treat. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay again. dinner at

Summary: This was a fabulous house, perfect for our weekend of remembrance one year after losing our beloved husband and father. We came to Green Bay from South Carolina as big Packer fans. And most of our family members are still in Wisconsin. The host was very accommodating and accessible. We would definitely return to this home in the future.

Summary: Wonderful house, great quiet neighborhood. Very happy overall. Only negative for me is master bed was incredibly soft and unsupportive, so next time I'd likely just pick another bedroom, but would definitely stay again. Host was great!

Summary: Our family is scattered from West Virginia, Kentucky and Wisconsin. Every Christmas we travel to spend time together. We have stayed in Tennessee, West Virginia and multiple stays in Wisconsin. This was our favorite spot of all time. The house was very nice and fit all of our needs. The host was gracious and accommodating and stayed in contact throughout the stay. There are wonderful walking paths close by for exercise. Home is located to restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of attractions to keep the family busy and well taken care of. The house is immaculate and well taken care of, you can see that the home is very well loved. Will definetely stay here again.
