Welcome to your upstate oasis! Enjoy my fully-furnished, well-appointed home nestled in the trees across from Mohonk Preserve. Year-round hot tub. My chef's kitchen awaits: Wolf range, Liebherr refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, granite countertops, and a large farm table that seats 8. The laundry room is outfitted with a large capacity LG washer and dryer. BBQ on the stone patio, or enjoy the screened-in porch leading to the hot tub. The house has three same-size bedrooms with queen beds in each and two full bathrooms (one upstairs with a tub and one downstairs with a walk-in-shower). All the bedrooms have sheers and blinds. Located on a quiet acre, but just a mile from the town of High Falls, four miles from Stone Ridge, close to and Minnewaska State Park, and several entrances to Mohonk Preserve. High Falls is less than two hours by car from most points in NYC.

Summary: My family came to ski at Bellayre and were lucky to find the perfect home. Mary was interactive with us and helpful. She even snuck over and plowed the driveway. The house has three beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen that had everything needed. The wood burning fireplace was cozy as the night temp was 19 degrees. The hot tub was a wonderful treat for sore muscles.

Summary: Travelled upstate with our adult children for Thanksgiving and had a terrific time. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Mary was quick to answer any questions we had. This was our second stay and we’ll definitely be back! One of our favorite vacation rentals.

Summary: This property is a warm and cozy gathering place, perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. The house is not only gorgeous, but so well equipped from the kitchen to the linens and to the hot tub! Summary: Mary's place was perfect for our family visit. Clean, spacious, peaceful. Great yard. Nice screened-in porch and hot tub. Many very nice and updated amenities. We would absolutely return here, no question. Communication with owner was excellent. A gem!

Summary: The property is meticulously maintained and the landscape is groomed and kept looking neat. The house is stocked with luxurious towels, shampoo, body wash etc. The kitchen is open spacious area with up-to-date appliances. Wonderful dining area and living room. So much more, upstairs TV room and bedrooms. This is our 2nd stay here and hopefully many more.

Summary: All six adults LOVED staying here! We are so happy to have come across such a jewel of a home. Mary did an amazing job of offering her guests all the creature comforts and was gracious throughout our stay. The house is designed and decorated with touches of refined elegance everywhere.
