Positive: Spa staff and services were very nice, professional and reasonably priced. The hotel grounds are pretty, situated in a garden setting. It was peaceful and quiet.
Negative: Hotel beach is awful:small, not well kept , squeezed between two walls of other hotels.Hotel claims to be a beach front, which is not true:you have to walk half a mile and cross relatively busy street to get to the beach. A receptionist at the check up tried to convince us into giving up bungalow rooms that we booked and switch for family room in return for access to better beach , claiming that our rooms were not available.When we refused, bungalow rooms became miraculously available-still cannot figure out why he tried to pull this trick on us, but it was very unpleasant situation. Room service could be better:towels were not replaced unless you remind front desk ,cleaning quality was rather questionable, coffee and tea not replaced daily.

Positive: We booked the hotel less than 12 hours before check-in. It was a very last-minute trip, a 5-day escape to the seaside. For the price, it’s a really good option. We didn’t have huge expectations, but the room we got was on the top floor with a beautiful view. The staff were quite nice and even let us check in earlier. The food was decent—there was always fish and meat. Maybe not a huge variety, but still good. Almost every day there was watermelon, along with some other fruits. Breakfast was alright: plenty of egg options and toast with cheese. Don’t expect good coffee though—there was only instant. During the day, they also offered some food by the pool. We also went to another beach that belongs to the same hotel chain. It was bigger and about a 10-minute walk away. Usually, we used the beach next to the hotel after lunch. Overall, it’s really worth the money. We got exactly what we wanted: good sleep, beach, sun, and food during the day. You get what you pay for. If you ask us whether we’d come back—yes, we might. The sea water is great and the hotel has everything you need for a simple stay.
Negative: The diversity of nationalities staying at the hotel was quite limited—about 90% of the guests were from Eastern Europe. It wasn’t a bad thing, but it would have been nicer if there was more variety. From what we understood, the whole area is like that. The sauna doesn’t work and the spa area itself is very old. There are no beach towels, but we brought ours (just in case), so it wasn’t an issue. Drinking water was limited—we just used a plastic bottle to get water from the fountain. Not a big deal, but bring a bottle with you. Actually, it’s good for the environment anyway.

Positive: Fantastic Food & Drinks 🍽️🍹 The food was truly the highlight of the stay. The hotel offers early and late breakfast and dinner, plus lunch around midday. There’s a wide variety of Turkish and international cuisine, always fresh and tasty. By the pool, you can enjoy cocktails, hamburgers, snacks, ice cream, juices, coffee, and even iced coffee throughout the day. A lovely authentic touch was a woman preparing cheese pastries on an open oven daily – a real treat. Rooms 🛏️✨ The rooms are modern, clean, and functional. While not overly luxurious, they’re comfortable and well-maintained. Housekeeping came every day and did a good job. General Service 👏 Staff in the restaurants, bars, and cleaning teams were friendly, attentive, and worked very hard to keep everything running smoothly. Pool & Entertainment 💦🎶 The pool area is large and lively, with music playing from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm. It adds to the atmosphere for those who enjoy a more social, energetic vibe
Negative: Reception Staff 🛎️ Unfortunately, the reception team left a very poor impression. Most of them barely spoke English, rarely smiled, and didn’t behave politely. On checkout, no one said goodbye, wished us a safe trip, asked if we enjoyed our stay, or encouraged us to return. This came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially compared to the excellent service in other areas of the hotel. Beach 🏖️🚤 The hotel’s beach is about 400 meters away, and this is its weakest point. It’s narrow and squeezed between two jet ski/water sports centers, which means constant noise, clashing loud music, and the smell of petrol. Guests also need to be cautious not to cross into jet ski zones for safety reasons. While there is a small beach bar, the overall atmosphere is not relaxing at all. Music Selection 🎵 While music by the pool adds energy, the choice wasn’t ideal – mostly loud, heavy beats instead of more relaxing lounge or chill-out tracks that would better suit the setting.

Positive: The food was good, tasty and variety of food was fine. There was always something to eat. Drinks were good and always available. Free water and snacks. Room cleaning daily. Staff worked perfectly, they were kind and helpful people.
Negative: It was noticeable that they do not do any work to repair or fix what has broken. You could feel cement under your feet in the children's pool. The water slide was movable at the children's pool and rusty at the main pool. Everything felt very unsafe. Most of all I didn't like the music playing all the time. Same music daily. The music was playing even during call to prayer "adhan". No respect for the religion or people who follow religion. Timing given by reception for activities like gym, pool bar and other events on the paper didn't mat the reality. There was information about late checkout for 25€ at 16:00, when we wanted it they said we have to checkout at 15:00.
