Summary: After I booked this to be near a friend's house, I read all the negative reviews and got worried. But was very pleasantly surprised: the staff did speak some English, the room was spotlessly clean, service was friendly , and there is a public beach in walking distance . Hotel was spacious, breakfast quite rich , bar with front terrace open til late . No complaints , would cone again.
