Summary: I saw a rat running close to their property restaurant. I reported it to the front desk but he seemed to not be surprised. The waiter had vety dirty appearance. The pool was being cleaned after 10 am - instead of the early morning time.

Summary: Had to change rooms first room was 90 and a/c was broken. Staff was rude on the phone not letting me speak. The food at the restaurant is good. The waters have chlorine which is a bummer. The rooms are veryyy outdated, won’t go back to the grandparents feel

Summary: The pool and hot tubs are the star. Open 24 hrs is brilliant. Cant wait to return. Is a little run down, but for the price, it's a good value.

Summary: The pools were nice but they need resurfacing. The bottom of the big pool is really rough. Our room could have used some serious cleaning. The sliding doors leading out to the patio were quite dirty and they didn’t lock securely. The nightstand between the beds had sticky stuff all over it. The front of the fridge was also dirty. We had no hot water and the lamp in the suite part of turn room did not work. It’s a very dated hotel that is showing its age.

Summary: Great place to stay for the soaking pools and beautiful landscaping in the courtyards. Proximity to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs hiking was just what I needed. Though the rooms and decor are dated, that stuff doesn’t matter for the price and what you get combined with friendly Staff. Restaurant on site is great too. I will say the bed we had wasn’t comfortable and might need a newer mattress.
