Positive: It is a fully furnished appartement with everything you might need: comfortable beds, fully equiped kitchen, towels, ventilation, conditioner, and very nice host. There is a swimming pool in front of the building - clean and warm with with sunbeds and beach umbrellas, fitness room and STANNING VIEW of Lugano lake. Unforgettable! The whole family can enjoy staying at this place. There are also restaurants and bars in a close distance as well as Tamaro splash spa in Lugano. I highly recommend the place to everyone who is travelling in the intalian part of Switzerland.

Positive: Location and views of the lake were fantastic. Rooms were well equiped, spacious and very comfortable.
Negative: Public areas within the hotel seemed very run down. The gym room was was barely usable. There are no facilities (cafe or bar) to get a drink which is a shame in such a great location.

Positive: The apartment has a nice terrace where we can see the lovely view of the lake Lugano. The place is located just at the border between Switzerland and Italy. There is a very close parking nearby for bigger car or camper.
Negative: Electricity power has often tripped off. You have to find the electricity box and turn on the fuse.
