Positive: The hotel is clean and looks very new. I am not sure how long it will stay "fresh" though, as smoking is allowed in almost every room(

Negative: We had a same-day booking for 3 rooms and when we arrived at 10 pm, the hotel was closed and empty. After calling the owener (keep in mind that he does not speak english), he arrived in ~20 min and let us in. As nobody expected us, we did not have the included breakfast and had to drive back to the nearest city next morning driving (half an hour drive) trying to find a place to eat.

Positive: I liked the hosts, they were really kind and helpful. The breakfast was great! The place is brand new and it is not fully completed yet. But they have a swimming pool built and a full restaurant... A large outdoor space surrounded by beautiful nature in the mountains. The area is great for outdoor enthusiasts. The bed was also quite comfortable and Im usually very picky when it comes to the bed.

Negative: It's a larger place with many rooms, so I don't know if it was just mine, but the TV was not working and it was on the wrong wall high up facing the bathroom door. I wish I could have just turned it on and had access to something in English.

Summary: Nice brand new place in the mountains, surrounded by forest and lots of outdoorsy things to do
