Positive: Our stay at Miru Niseko was absolutely fantastic and exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes. One of the biggest highlights was how easy everything was without having a car. The hotel’s shuttle service was super convenient, with seamless drop-offs and pick-ups to the main gondola at Grand Hirafu. They also arranged a pre-scheduled pick-up from the train station, which made arrival completely stress-free. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Norito kindly gave us a lift when we accidentally missed the ski shuttle, which we really appreciated. Inka, Bella, and the rest of the front desk team were amazing—especially in helping us organise luggage couriering, which made our travel so much easier. The food was another standout. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and it changed day-to-day which kept things interesting. Dinner at the restaurant was also outstanding. Dylan gave us fantastic sake recommendations and great local dining suggestions that we really enjoyed. After skiing, the onsen was the perfect way to unwind, especially the outdoor bath. It was peaceful, not crowded, and a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also helped arrange our ski rentals through Rhythm Japan, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, Miru Niseko offers an incredible combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

Positive: Great location between Hirafu and Niseko village with a convenient shuttle bus to the slopes. Rooms are very clean and cozy and large for Japanese standards. The Onsen is very nice as well and so is the breakfast. The chef in the grill in the evening is excellent.

Negative: The staff is very friendly yet a bit clueless. Questions like ‘when do the slopes open?’ or ‘how do I get to Annupuri?’ should not be that difficult to answer…

Positive: We are a party of 8 and so we booked 2 lodges. Each lodge had 2 big bedrooms on the ground level, with 2 large bathrooms. On the upper floor, there was a big living area, a large dining table and a very well-appointed kitchen (not kitchenette). Had we known better of such a luxurious and well-appointed lodge, we would have done a cook-in.

Negative: The lodge was some distance away to walk to the main building which housed the public baths.
