Positive: The staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. The breakfast is good, and some guests would enjoy themselves even more if fresh coffee was provided instead of instant coffee. The room cleanliness is good.
Negative: I experienced two moments of lack of hot water that bothered me a bit because I would prefer taking warm shower. The problem was solved though.
