Impressive and exclusive apartments located in the heart of the city of Palma, in a beautiful and privileged pedestrian street. The famous Paseo del Born, is literally a few steps away. It is brand new, very bright, sunny, with clear views. In a fully renovated farm in the old town and with elevator.
The apartment is ideal for couples or families who want to visit the points of interest that Palma offers such as the Cathedral, the Almudaina Palace, the King's Gardens, La Lonja, near the Paseo Marítimo and the Yacht Club. A 15 minute walk, you will find the beach of Palma At street level, there is everything you may need restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy
Its location is sensational for all those people who enjoy shopping, the apartment is located in the place, where the best shops are.
The property is decorated with high quality furniture, functional and high design, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The room is spacious and bright, with a double bed (180x200cm). There is a double sofa bed in the living room, the sofa is very comfortable for both sitting and sleeping.
The bathroom is spacious, with a long shower. 1 set of towels are supplied per person (shower towel, washbasin towel, toilet towel), shower soap, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper are supplied. In the bathroom this arrangement hair dryer and magnifying mirror.
In the apartment there is a small but nice balcony, from which one can sit and observe the life of the city of Palma.
Although the apartment is in a very central street of Palma, it is not noisy, the crystals are double glazed double glazed, to sound proof of the bustling when you want to isolate yourself. At night the street is quiet, there are pubs and restaurants very close but far enough to fall asleep and not disturb.

Summary: Would recommend this apartment for the location,facilities,cleanliness and helpfulness of Ana,the owner. Situated in the centre of the old town,access to buses,,trains,restaurants,cathedrals and shops is excellent. Attention to detail was excellent with lots of information inside the apartment including books,maps magazines and DVD's. Our 3 week stay has been a pleasure.

Summary: Lovely apartment, much more spacious than expected. Right in the heart of the Old town and surrounded by excellent links for transport, enough restaurants and bars to keep anyone busy and directly above a great bakery for breakfast. Ana was great, very flexible for times even at a busy time of the year. The apartment is decorated to a high modern standard, lovely and clean, light and very good air con. Summary: Having just returned from a month's stay in this appartment I can highly recommend it to anybody wishing to visit Palma and the island in general. Anna, the owner, is extremely helpful and welcoming which adds to the feeling of spending a very good vacation! Summary: We had a 5 week stay in Palma. The apartment was really good. The location is perfect in the center of Old Town. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, museums etc. The apartment is new and the amenities are high standard. The bed is better than in most 5 star hotels. We love to come back next year. Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. The owner accommodated our early Sunday arrival and hand delivered our deposit at a time to suit us before we left. The apartment is situated close to the centre of Palma, a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area.

Summary: Just got back from a weeks’ stay at this lovely apartment right in the heart of Palma. It has everything you could ever need and more (e.g. dishwasher, washing machine and even a drier!) and everything is superbly clean and modern, as per the description. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home if you prefer, although there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. There are so many designer shops to visit within a few minutes’ walk, in fact I’ve never seen so many shops in one locality ever!! There are lots of cycle paths along the beach front and the harbour areas and many people hire bikes, which is a great way to get about. The owner, Ana was very friendly and helpful – she even organised a DVD player for us, which was greatly appreciated – thanks again Ana. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, as the location is great and it’s very stylish.

Summary: This place has absolutely exceeded our expectations! We stayed 4 days and really enjoyed this modern flat in the center of Palma's pretty streets. Ana's apartment is very clean and tidy and beautifully prepared with bed linen, towels (beach towels as well) and bottles of water in the fridge. You can see that the apartment is very well looked after. There are high quality appliances and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the modern and very stylish furnishing, you can see how much Ana placed value on it. She herself was very helpful, showed us around and explained everything to us. Big thanks to the owner for being so flexible with our very late arrival time as well! The apartment is located just around the corner of the Passeig de Born. There is a bakery downstairs of the apartment with yummy ensaimades and lots of shops and bars are just a short hop away. Sitting in the lounge room you are just one storey away from the vibrant city life and still have your privacy. We absolutely enjoyed staying at Ana's apartment. We will definitely come back and book this place again.

Summary: Superb appartment. Really nice and confortable with all modern equipment, superior air conditioning system. Great location in the heart of the city, walking distance to the best trendy shops and restaurants, but also located in a very quite pedestrian street. Very clean and well run by the lovely owner. We would definitely recommend it.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, in a quite quartier in the centre of Palma but really close to all points of interest. It's next to the bus stop for Playa de Palma, Arenal and Plaza de Espana. The owner is really kind and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our holiday also because of this comfortable apartment. Wonderful!!!

If you love the centre of Palma, you will really appreciate the appartment's neighbourhood. The appartment provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in Palma.
