Very beautiful, rustic cottage "Mistral", 600 m a.s.l surrounded by trees and meadows. 1 km from the centre of Régusse, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Aups, 37 km from the centre of Draguignan, in a sunny position in the residential district, 70 km from the sea, 23 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace (80 m2). Storeroom available. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station "Manosque" 52 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 70 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Moustiers Sainte Marie, Grottes de Villecroze. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix. Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon. Summary: Gut gelegen, ruhig, aber mit einem kleinenReparaturstau. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Nur diese schmalen Betten....

Summary: Gute Lage in Regusse (in einer tollen Gegend). Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und sehr netter Kontakt zum Schlüsselhalter (Nachbar) und zum Eigentümer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Pool ist benutzbar aber in die Jahre gekommen. Enge Zufahrt, aber machbar (sind mit unserem VW Passat gut durchgekommen). Techn. Equipment ist leider (vor allem für unsere Kinder) sehr veraltet. Röhrenfernseher mit schlechter Qualität, Radio mit Kassettendeck und sonst nichts (kein WLAN war aber von Anfang an klar).

Summary: Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum baden ein. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Sofas, sie sind abgenutzt und das Rote löst sich langsam auf aber das hindert uns nicht daran wieder zu kommen.

Summary: The property is just as described. It is 10 minutes walk from the small town and 20 minutes walk from the supermarket. There are couple of small cafe/bars, a pizzeria, and a patisserie . Also a small convenience store. The town is famous for its windmills which are beautiful to look at and I believe one is still working. The location is perfect for exploring the gorge du verdon and nearby towns. A car is a definitely needed. The villa itself has it's own pool which is surrounded by bushes and trees so makes it very private and secluded. The caretaker comes once a week to clean the pool out but It needs cleaning every day as the leaves blow in every night as do the insects. The caretaker has to walk through the house to get to the garage to access the pump for the pool because there is no key for the garage door. As he comes when he feels like it this counteracts the privacy because he can walk in any time. I strongly suggest a garage key is acquired so the caretaker has no reason to enter the property whilst people are staying there. The property would definitely benefit from wifi as the mobile is reception few and far between so to use our mobile data was not always possible. Overall, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyed all the facilities on offer. Overall we had the perfect relaxing holiday
