Positive: We loved the view and the property location was really quiet, the beds were super comfortable. It really helped having a washer dryer with children and a dishwasher. Having the spa pool and smaller pool was a bonus.
Negative: Nothing really, we had a few issues, such as the pool was not heated when we arrived, however Titos was easy to contact and he did get this sorted after a couple of days. We would book to stay again as the place is so lovely.

Positive: Beautiful modern home featuring a fantastic outdoor pool. The communication with the owner was pleasant, and he quickly responded to our questions. We really enjoyed the location, which is only an 8-minute drive from the small village of Georgioupoli, offering a lovely promenade and beach with various bars and restaurants. The larger cities of Chania and Rethimno are just a short drive away, about 30 minutes. Overall a nice experience and would glady come back.

Negative: Being overlooked with tenants upstairs Not really been highlighted that it was more an apartment than villa. Not being told about a quiet between 3.30 and 5.30 and with little ones and the fact we were on holiday found it impossible.

Positive: What a place this is! We stayed here as a family of 5 with three children ages 6, 7, & 9 years old. Although this place is an hour and a half away from their ferry port of Heraklion, the location was absolutely perfect, minutes away from beaches, restaurants and local shops. The view is stunning- with a beautiful sunrise every morning, and a great peaceful patio to enjoy your meals on. The landscape, the view, the beautiful space, made us really fall in love with Crete and already has us planning our next trip back here! Every room was comfortable and clean including the washrooms and showers. Shampoo, hand soap and very plush, clean towels were provided. The Washer/Dryer combo was new and worked very well. There were translated washing modes, which was helpful and washing detergent was provided as well. The beds were also comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding if we required it. Tito the owner, was great to answer any questions we had, and managed to source out a lighter for us to start the BBQ with, so we could enjoy dinner one night under the cabana. We simply cannot recommend Mistral Suites enough!! You will not be disappointed.
Negative: It should be noted that there are both tenants on the upper level and lower level of this three story ‘villa’. There are also quiet-hours during the afternoon, which was a bit frustrating to Mohave to adhere to with three small kids looking to swim and have fun!

Positive: Beautiful place, immaculately presented. Stunning views from seating areas and pool. Modern, well thought out layout. Tennant upstairs didn't affect us at all. Quiet, tranquil, and well situated for visiting Georgioupolis- with is welcoming cafes, bars restaurants and beaches. Excellent, friendly, quick responses from our host Tito. Will definitely return.
