Positive: Breakfast- great to have as it allowed choices to make Room-clean and big View-Sea view as wished as it was indicated during booking with an extra charge
Negative: There was a room between 10h00 pm which was noisy through someone who made unbearable walks and early in the morning as from 5h00 am on the 3rd floor which was just one floor up from ours. Please address such as I called Mr Jason to attend to such on that particular evening of Sunday.
Summary: Excellent as a result one of my friend and colleague would like to visit soon.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, stunning decoration and very comfortable large rooms. All staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Great location for both Hermanus and Gansbaai. Definitely recommend.

Negative: Middle of winter, room was on the cold side. Aircon was ok but not ideal. Electricity blanket would have worked better.

Positive: Amazing view from balcony. Great breakfast. Lovely bed Staff so friendly and helpful. Secure car park Easy Walk into town for restaurants and shops
Negative: This hotel is very quirky. Bit dated decor but that’s the fun side of it. Has a cinema room also!
