Positive: The location is just perfect, easy to get around and literally next door to Les Invalides. Very nice and safe neighbourhood. Lovely appartment, there were 3 of us and it was just about right. Staff was helpful.
Negative: The instructions for finding the entrance were not clear enough, but they were helpful when we called the given number. Later we had to help other guests as well, so it was not just us 🙂
Summary: Great location, good value for money.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs up to the bedrooms could be tricky for some but we just left everything downstairs & only went up the stairs to go to bed. Good location, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower & many restaurants.
Negative: The lift up to the apartment is tiny but we were grateful to have it as it's always difficult to lug suitcases. There are some stairs from the street to the lift, then more from the lift into the apartment.

Positive: The apartment is nice. High ceilings, wood floors, kitchenette, big shower and bathroom, comfortable bed. There are a couple of armoires on each side of the bed for hanging clothes. The kitchenette has small refrigerator and on the sink was a small packet for cleaning dishes, which I like. There was a dish cloth for drying dishes, and also a dishwasher which I did not use. The bathroom had a packet with shampoo and body wash, enough for a couple of showers. Big plus: a balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the street. Quiet neighborhood, Catholic church right across the street. The St. Francois-Xavier metro stop is a one minute walk. Bedroom heater works great.
Negative: The elevator didn’t work! That meant lugging heavy suitcases up a dark, narrow staircase which had a light switch, but not until I reached the door of my rental. Also, the light switch is right next to the buzzer to the apartment, and yes, Ii was awakened a couple of times by people coming in late at night and pushing the wrong button to illuminate the stairway for the apartments on the upper floors. Be aware that the metro line runs underneath the building, and even though I was on the second story I could hear the train running every few minutes. The armoires need hangers, there were only three. Heater in the salon did not work. There is a portable unit set up but it is an air conditioner. If it is supposed to blow hot air, it does not.
Summary: Comfortable apartment, nice neighborhood, some minor adjustments would make it a great place to stay
