Positive: The staff was amazing, everyone was kind and perfect. I like the beach and comfort for kids and stroler 👍 Amazing was Creperia and pizza/bar on the beach and some jewels like chocolate foutain or greek jogurt or tzaziky and gyros or fresh fishes ☺️👍 baklava was top

Negative: I am sorry but I dont understand how is possible to have 5*… beds was horrible - absolutely uncomfortable beds, terrible shower, especially the shower head, unsuitable for children, food was not good, rather artificial, meat dry, potatoes and other things were swimming in oil.. I am sorry but we expected absolutely diferrent standart for the money and 5* hotel 🤷‍♀️ pool was colder then sea :)

Positive: The beach was superb. The rooms were nice with very confortable beds . The bathrooms were outdated but clean which is the most important. The food was excellent.. we loved the options they had & the piszza corner on the beach was a bonus!! Staff was very polite. Looking forward to our next visit!

Positive: Stayed in hotel in August 2024, Good location, close to beach. Food choice and quality was good. Friendly and qualified stuff. Good choice of drinks and cocktails in bars, high quality.

Negative: Low cleanliness level in room, towels, bead shirts and pillowcases were not clean with some spots. A lot of ants in room.

Positive: The food and the restaurants were good. The hotel is like a Greek village with an access to the beach.

Negative: The maintenance, size and cleanness of the room . I asked for a room on the ground floor . Despite the fact that the room was in a great location with the beach access, I received a very small room and there were ants in it. I asked a few times to change a room for the same location but I always received the reply that everything was fully booked. I think that even thought I ordered a single room, after I had ants in the room, I should have been upgraded. Instead I got from the costumer relations manager a half hour massage. It was nice but still not satisfyingly after most of my holiday I wasted with asking to reclean the room. The hotel has a great protentional it has to be renovated.

Positive: I liked the food, the pool area, the fact the beach is not far. Staff in the main restaurant were superb very friendly and helpful. I like that you can go to another partner hotel to have lunch dinner and stay for the day

Negative: I did not like that you don't have enough irons and ironing boards, most days I have to travel around with clothes that were not ironed. We didn't like that one of the staff lied about availability to go to the children's pool at the other hotel (mitsis rodos village) we are there to enjoy ourselves. We went anyway and it was virtually empty so I don't know what she gained by lying to my family

Positive: Large resort, exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. The property is accessible and had great facilities. The food options were brilliant especially the pizza on the beach, gyros at the American a la carte and great options at the buffet. Cocktails and other drink options were brilliant. Shops on site which were reasonable in price and had lots of gifts/food etc. Rooms were lovely and clean and cleaned as regular as you want. Beach towels provided which was great. Overall brilliant hotel and would definitely return !

Negative: Nothing I didn’t like

Summary: Great stay! A must to visit.

Positive: It is very spacious, there are several pools and the beach nearby is fantastic. My room was clean and big with a nice balcony. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The mini fridge was packed with drink options (water, soda, beer, wine).There were many food options at the buffet and the restaurants were so good! I liked the cats roaming around. The staff was very friendly, a special shout out to Dorjan the server!

Negative: The resort is far from the airport so it takes awhile to get there by bus. Nearby there is not much but staying on the resort was fine with me. Some beach bar staff could have provided better service.

Summary: This was a great first experience at an all inclusive resort! It was a super fun and comfortable stay, I would recommend
