Positive: Good breakfast. Great & helpful Staff. Comfort and clean room. Thank you Jean, Rela , Yoyo & willam for the hospitality. They were very nice and helpful staff. The dobby is a "bonus" for me, which I can wash sweaty clothes during the summer. Bed is super comfort, pillow is also very comfort.
Summary: Comfort & Clean, easy to access to NECC and train station.

Positive: The hotel is very good situated, the stuff is super nett and helpful. We have a lot of questions and they helped us with all of them. The breakfast is very good and it was very clean and comfortable in the room.

Positive: Location: If you are attending any event at NECC (Convention and Exhibition center), then this is the BEST location. There is a tunnel way connecting hotel and NECC. 7 min undercover walk.
Negative: Breakfast - Limited option for vegetarian diet. only few staff members speak English. No locker, No iron, No hair dryer in room. Room size is small compare to other hotels in area. Wifi in room was not strong enough.

Positive: peaceful. good comfortable furniture in lobby/ room tastefully decorated. elevating bed electrical remote system.
Negative: location, immediate surrounding office buildings dead at night. wardrobe is a open type system, no drawers to keep personal effects. No security safe. should include more international news channel.
