Positive: Receptionists v helpful. Cleaners were good.

Negative: No coffee or milk in room all stay No english channel on tv. Asked for these to be sorted Coffee machine in restaurant wanted replacing Breakfast was chaos as understaffed. Tables left uncleared and buffet not replaced.

Positive: Very large suite with 2 TVs, living area and large bed. Massive shower, separate WC. Breakfast good selection of pastries (but unrecognizable "bacon").

Negative: Complicated lighting system that wasn't explained upon check-in; even after figuring that out, the switches for the lights were all rather confusing.
