Relax with the whole family in our 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo. We loved staying here so much that we decided to buy it and share it with you.
If you need to wrench on your Jeep or your bike, you're going to LOVE the huge garage. We've installed BIKE RACKS and a BIKE REPAIR STATION. Bringing a trailer queen? There is ample truck and trailer parking just a few feet away.
When the trails end, and it's time to relax, you can swim in one of the TWO POOLS or unwind in the hot tub. Pool towels included.
New couches, sofa bed, ping pong table, and TWO 70" TV's.
Booking in June? Due to a hot tub upgrade, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen on June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates are tentative and subject to change.
There are two cameras on the property. One in the garage and one above the front door. Both are capable of recording short snippets of audio and video and are intended for guest and property safety and security.

Summary: The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. Communication was excellent with Dustin. The condo was in a great location between Arches NP and Canyonlands NP and also very convenient to shops & restaurants in Moab.

Summary: Stayed here while we visited Arches, Canyonlands, and Mesa Verde. The house was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The host was very quick to respond to texts. We had a great stay.

Summary: Check in was a breeze. The pools and hot tub were close by and clean. We had enough space for 5 of us. The garage was a plus. The only negative was not being informed that the dryer did not work, which would have been nice to know before we started laundry. The location is on edge of town and close to all the Arches NP and tours. We had a great time overall!
