Positive: Beautifully located hotel near Castelrotto. The family running the hotel is very nice, helpful and friendly. Mrs. Denis brings a smile to this place. The hotel has a modern underground parking lot with access to the hotel. The area around the hotel is rural and has a beautiful view of the mountains.
Negative: Breakfast was very poor, most of the food was sweet, few vegetables. You can't pay by card in the hotel, which makes it very difficult to pay for example, for additional drinks. Only half of the radiators in our room worked. There is no elevator in the hotel. If these shortcomings were repaired, it would be a place worth recommending for a ski trip.

Positive: The dinners and breakfasts were delicious! We loved that everything they serve is sourced from their farm or locally. Denise was very friendly and always made sure our needs were met. The views of the valley were breathtaking and the Castelrotto and Alpe di Siusi are just down the road!
Negative: Each day we had to drive 25 minutes just to get the the start of the main road to take us to the main area of the Dolomites we wanted to hike and climb. But coming back to this secluded farmhouse was serene and a relaxing space after a long day of adventures.

Positive: The surrounding around the property was good up in the mountains. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is away from the city. The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away. The property stands alone. The road is very narrow if you are driving. I don’t recommend this property if you don’t have your own car.
Negative: We noticed a lot of flies and Cockroaches and insects.
Summary: I will not go again to this place because of its location.

Positive: Stayed here for 5 nights. Staff is very friendly; location is relatively new; wifi signal is very good; kitchen is fully equipped; room is clean and spacious.
Negative: Location is somehow isolated (some people may appreciate it, but we didn't); access to location is on a quite narrow road; impossibility to pay by card (though wifi is very good); check-out is quite early in the morning (9.00 am), though breakfast is until 9.30; no cleaning service and no additional bathroom items during our stay (5 nights), unless you pay extra charge. Overall, it's too expensive for what it offers.
