Positive: The outdoor pool was very good. There was natural shade along the sides from the trees around the pool which was great. The restaurant was also good with good (and large portioned!) meals and a nice outdoor area. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and spoke fluent English.
Negative: The beds were very hard. Didn't ask the staff so maybe they have other mattresses that we could have used. It was difficult to get ahold of the staff in the restaurant even when there were few people there.

Positive: Had an amazing stay at MOB House. Enjoyed the pool every single day. The room was clean, comfy and well decorated. Plenty of space to work on the desk, but you could also use the lobby. Staff was lovely and always helpful. Bus stop to Paris is right by the hotel, and Puces de St Ouen are just round the corner.
Negative: Mosquitoes in the room (but no open window?) suggested some dampness problems. Pool got really noisy at times (e.g obnoxious phone conversations on speaker, barking dogs despite no pet policy...). Breakfast was good but not great - not worth the 20+ euros.
Summary: Hidden gem to survive a hot summer weekend in Paris! Can't wait to stay here again.

Negative: Loud parties until midnight during the week in the hotel‘s garden and restaurant that disturbed the sleep, pool was not always full but all the seats and beds were unavailable because people left their towels on them and disappeared for hours. Poolboy definitely needs to start doing his job finally

Positive: We had a very good experience overall. We do not speak french so it was good that the staff there spoke english very well. Underground car parking was very useful. Hotel interior was warm and cozy. Our room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The bar was not completely stocked but the drinks i ordered were good. Sadly we had no time to make use of the heated outdoor pool and gym because of our lack of time. All in all it was definitely worth the money for the stay and experience here. The neighbourhood did look a bit sketchy at some times especially in the late evening, but we did not have any bad experiences with it.
Summary: Worth the money and pleasant stay with friendly staff.

Positive: The room was great and very large, staff was nice.
Negative: The room was not really set up for three people, despite it being booked for three. The single bed had a couch pillow instead of a bed pillow and the kitchenette had everything only two times.

Positive: Beautifully decorated, clean and stylish
Negative: The staff weren’t as helpful as they could have been. The room clean everyday wasn’t particularly thorough and there were no bathrobes. The location is also quite a way out of town. You have to walk through a not particularly safe neighbourhood to get into Paris
