Summary: Our host was amazing! True attention to detail and ensured we had a great week long stay. He even brought us a TV to make sure our teenager had entertainment. Will stay at this home while in Ft Myers without reservations!

Summary: The house was perfect... completely fenced in yard was great for my dogs...privacy fenced so the dogs were stress free from other canines and or their owners. Home was new, clean, beautiful and modern. The owner was courteous and quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend staying here to anyone. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Summary: We stay in a lot of rental houses because we travel a-lot for sporting events. This was no doubt the nicest home we have been in. Pristine and a lot of room.

Summary: My experience staying at this property was very smooth. Home was nice, spacious, and accommodating. I would recommend staying here again. Owner communication was always open. Response was quick and also checked in to see if everything was going okay. I liked how simple the home was but also accommodated your needs when unexpectedly needing things like first aid kit, washer/dryer.

Summary: We traveled to Fort Myers to visit family and needed a vacation property located close to our relatives' homes. This property is easily accessible to most everything that Fort Myers has to offer, and it's in a very nice neighborhood. We were initially amazed by the nature and feeling of the home. High ceilings, marble floors, soaker tub, walk-in closets, screened porch, stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops, and beautiful furnishings are just a few of the amenities this home has to offer. We were even delighted to find a large garage in which to park our car out of the elements! Once settled in, we found this home to be very comfortable and to have everything we needed and more! We even had a printer for necessary documents! The fenced back yard and screen porch were perfect for our little pup. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and all areas were very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the split layout worked perfectly for our family. The Master Bath was amazing, and the marble floors throughout the home were cool and clean. The A/C was cold and comfortable in the midst of the Spring heat, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The washer/dryer were huge, and the lot on which the house is located was private and made us feel like we were way out of the city. The owner was extraordinarily responsive and met our every need. Check-in/out was simple, smooth, and seamless. Best of all, the price was amazing! For the location, home condition, and amenities, this home is most definitely one to grab quick for any Fort Myers travel needs you may have! Thanks to the owner for his wonderful hospitality!
