Positive: There was no breakfast. We cooked our own food. The pots and pans, plates and glasses were very nice. The kitchen was very tiny but we were able to do what we needed to do. The location was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets were lovely and soft. The pillows were good! The window shades in the back bedroom were nice and made for a very dark room.
Negative: There were blood stains on my comforter on the bed. Gross! The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. There were no hand towels for the bathroom. Only bath towels and washcloths. The carpet under the dining table needs to go. Yuck!!! The bathroom carpet downstairs was also yuck. There was no detergent for the washing machine. The light on the back porch was flickering. There was no sign in the alleyway to let us know we were at the right house. We had to count in front and than figure it out in the alley. Several of the window shades did not work. The shades in the front bedroom did not block out the light.
Summary: Overall the unit was convenient, however the price compared to the amenities was high in my opinion.
