Beautifully renovated Marina Townhouse, with a modern flair. This spacious end unit is located directly across from the Great Harbour Cay Marina, (one of the Bahamas best hurricane protected basins!)
On the lower level is your very own dock slip. Pull your boat right up underneath the unit! There is an optional second slip available at an additional cost as per availability ($2.50 per foot). Water spigot, fish table and hose are conveniently located there on the dock.
The main level of the townhouse features an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a large patio overlooking the marina. On the second level are two ensuite bedrooms,- Master bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed. Guest bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has a patio with panoramic marina views.
* A few things to note: These units are not for families with small children due to the waterfront location. Also not recommended for guests with impaired mobility as there are steps to get down to the dock, or upstairs to the bedrooms.
Across the marina is a small cafe and bar, serving yummy meals. Interested in a fishing guide or charter to go island hopping? Also golf carts and car rentals are available for rent on the island. Please inquire in advance.

Summary: Absolutely lovely unit - updated, spacious and very clean. The dockage was ideal to have our boat directly underneath us. The host and owner were very receptive and take excellent care of the property. We also just learned that unit next door is also available for rentals so traveling with other friends/family makes it easy

Summary: Townhouse is a little more updated and has all you need. Property is located right in the marina and the boat under the townhouse for convenience. Island has beautiful beaches all around. We loved our stay as well as Great Harbour Cay 😊

Summary: We traveled to Great Harbor by boat. We decided to extend our stay and found this rental. The owner made it very easy to communicate with him and the move was done with ease. It was nicely decorated, and clean. There are 2 large bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. We loved staying here...being in the marina was a plus. It was so nice to have our boat docked at the condo. Newly renovated! Across the way was a great place to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Next to the restaurant was a little general store with the nicest man who was so helpful working there. We would definitely stay here again.
