Positive: great location, so many stores (bakery, grocery store, coffee shops) just outside the property as well as Snowdon metro station
Negative: a lot of things were broken in the apartment upon arrival including chest of drawers, chair, floor boards. More dishes in the kitchen would be useful. For example there was only 1 fork for 11 people, and just a few cups.

Positive: Convenient location to metro and food. Big space.
Negative: Lack of basic supplies such as hand towels and hand soap. Property had a displeasing odor.

Positive: Location is convenient and has many shops and restaurants nearby. It takes about 15-17 minutes to drive to downtown and there is paid parking available across the street. The owner was very friendly and responsive. The apartment is spacious and fits a large group of people.
Negative: The locks on the doors were a problem. The entrance door lock was too loose and missing the main part. The locks in two bathrooms just did not exist, and the handle of a lock in one of the bedrooms doors kept falling down. The hallway leading to the apartment was very narrow and had cleaning supplies stored on every flight of stairs. Also, the TV in the bedroom where my husband and I were staying, turned on at 3:30 am in the morning. It was not a pleasant experience. Some walls in the apartment needed refreshing, including the chunk of ceiling in the kitchen. I communicated all the problems about the apartment and the owners replied that they will take care of it.
Summary: The place is definitely spacious and can fit a large family. But it needs upgrade.
