Luxurious living in newly built award winning home with a ton of natural light and space in heart of Winnipeg. Our home is situated in one of Charleswood one of Winnipeg's best neighborhoods.
This home is our personal home and has a carefully designed interior with quality finishes and an aura of tranquility that will make your stay in Winnipeg a special one.
The space is flooded with natural light from the wall to wall windows. The upper level offers the master suite with large en suite, double vanity and glass shower with rain head. Have your morning coffee on the south facing deck using the direct access patio door. There is a second bedroom on main floor offering a double bed and large closet. No need to wait for a shower with a second full bathroom right outside the door.
Catch up on your emails in our large office that opens to the living area.
The kitchen and dining room offer everything you need to prepare your meals and dine in comfort.
Main floor laundry available off the kitchen.
Access the double tier deck area with numerous sitting options. Ideal spot for a BBQ on a warm summer night. The back yard backs on to a forest and is completely private.
The lower level has bedroom with large double door custom closet, access to large bathroom with separate 7 foot high walk in shower with glass door double sink vanity private theater room with full built in surround sound, 75" TV with cable package and Netflix kitchenette area with full fridge. microwave and coffee maker, dining dishes and dishwasher, dining table and cozy living room for reading, lounging, gaming with 65" 4K TV . The bedroom quarters have a pocket door that can be lose for extra privacy and noise control.

Summary: We could not be happier with our choice to stay at this home- the communication with the owner was prompt and clear, the home is even better than you can see in the photos, and the location is perfect for all the main attractions of Winnipeg. Spacious and well-appointed, the amenities and furnishings were perfect for our family of 5. We would highly recommend.

Summary: The pictures, although lovely, don't do justice to this beautiful home! Katina met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of her home. Everyday one of our group would comment how happy we were that we did not choose hotel rooms, but stayed in this oasis of luxury and light. The windows bring in sunlight, and stepping outside onto the back deck takes you into a forest. Staying here will make your Winnipeg visit a delight!

Summary: We are ex-Winnipegers and have returned to the area many, many times over the last 45 years. We have tried campgrounds, hotels, motels and B&B's and have finally found our ultimate accommodation. The location is perfect, a new development within an established area of the city. The property is close to the airport, zoo, parks, shopping, dining and downtown. However, sitting on the deck you find yourself enjoying the quiet serenity of a forest with birds, squirrels and deer constantly showing up for a visit. The house is only a few years old and very modern with state-of-the art entertainment systems, lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring material and cabinets upstairs and down. All appliances are brand new. If you appreciate cleanliness, this is the house you want! Katina and Bill (Owners) have made sure there is nothing missing in the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and the bathrooms. The photos on the VRBO site are very accurate but do not reflect the openness and spaciousness that you feel on both levels. Dealing with Katina and Bill was a real pleasure. They responded to our inquiries/questions within minutes. All in all, our stay there was as near to perfect as you can get. Thanks Katina / Bill for letting us enjoy your home and property. Summary: Truly a home away from home. The home is equipped with absolutely everything. Extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. Katina kept in close contact and was readily available to answer questions. Close to the airport and local Grocery store. Assiniboine park and zoo within walking distance. Breathtaking backyard deck with twice daily deer visits from Assiniboine Forrest. Would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Winnipeg. Thank you again Katina, we throroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This home was so welcoming. It is new, with every modern convenience, and it was well stocked with every item we needed. The home was immaculate inside and out and the bedding was very comfortable. It is in a welcoming neighborhood, within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, and 2 coffee shops. It is very close to a paved walking and biking trail and just a short distance to the Assiniboine Forest, if you're inclined to take a hike in the middle of the city. It is just a few minutes to Assiniboine Park and Zoo, with an amazing polar bear exhibit. The open concept living area was perfect for 3 couples to socialize and yet there was still plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The "mother-in-law suite" on the lower level was perfect for our adult children to have their own space. The electronics were state of the art, from the sound system to TV and gaming, with good instructions on how to use everything. The beautiful deck and yard backs onto green space which made the home very quiet. The hosts were very responsive to questions during my planning phase. They also provided the basics to get us started upon arrival with coffee, water, ice, and condiments. It was the perfect staging area and quiet refuge away from the chaos of a family wedding and reunion weekend. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again in the future.
