Summary: This property was close to the buffalo airport. Many things were not listed in rental description. We were family of 7 which was indicated on my booking. The host only had 6 towels, no hand towels. no extra pillows or blanket. It was in the first week of July which was very hot. The Upstairs bedrooms have no fan, and very little air vent circulation. If you plan to visit in summer months bring fans with you !! I had to reach out to the host for key code, i thought upon booking or day of check in they would send me, but i had to go on vrbo and ask for extra towels, tissue papers and kitchen towels. Host wants to charge fairly high price for a night but no extra anything !! If you are party of 4 or more make sure you ask for extra stuff. We had to bring top bed mattress downstairs and sleep on it as it is unbearable upstairs. The Location was good, we were visiting Niagara Falls. The bathrooms had no bath mats, we had elderly in our party. They almost slipped in and fell in the bathroom because after the shower it was so wet ! In the kitchen, they had no dish soap, scrubbing pad or towels. How can you do dishes or clean up ? We went out and bought everything. It was poorly managed from Amenities perspective, otherwise it was ok.
