This exceptional, newly renovated, and restored property is a gorgeous combination of traditional Austin architecture and meticulous mid-century modern design.
While the mid-century vibe is front and center, the inspiration for the interior of this home was to bring the outside in. Trees surround you from the views of the main living space, and the dramatic high ceiling is a show-stopper. The center stage is a vintage suspended fireplace which makes the perfect accessory for the living room while celebrating the house’s history. Additional restoration included the front door and interior stair railings to their natural beauty, which are another nod to the trees with warm wood grains throughout the house.
High-end furnishings include beds you’ll be excited to sleep in, a deep, comfortable semi-circular couch, and oversized seating for resting among the treetops, watching the game, or simply hanging around with your friends and family. The neutral color palette, texture, and use of organic materials add to this house’s overall richness. And unique and custom artwork complete the overall look and feel.
