Summary: We spent 2 weeks at Nueva Ribera and had the most relaxing holiday. The apartment is perfect for 4 people it is comfortable and well equipped. The double terrace is a bonus giving loads of outdoor space. In terms of the area there are loads of beach bars along the front - we had a car and were able to explore Cartagena, Murcia and several nearby beaches (San Pedro del Pinetar was particularly lovely). Diane gave us loads of tips about the area before we arrived which was great. Thanks Diane we had a fab time!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay in Los Alcazares, nice apartment located very near the beachfront. Diane was very helpful and couldn't of done any more to ensure we had a great trip.

Summary: We had a brilliant holiday. Apartment was fantastic - Lovely and clean, and some nice extras like teabags and soap. 2 mins walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen but if you don’t fancy cooking you are right next to Spinosa bar/restaurant on the beachfront. There’s a little playground by it so our 4&5 year old boys played happily as we relaxed in the restaurant. Spinosa rents kite/windsurfing kit so hubby and I went kiting, and on another day we rented a SUP board to take the boys out-they loved it. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Diane the owner is so helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had before the holiday and recommended a good restaurant <10 mins away.

Summary: WOW, WOW, WOW, a lovely apartment, location fantastic, very comfortable and Diane a pleasure to talk to, every arrangement is thought out with ease for the holiday maker. Nothing too much trouble, only negative being -Diane would not sell!!!!! We will be back!!

Summary: Just returned from a 7 night stay in Diane's apartment and had a brilliant holiday. The apartment was clean, with good facilities and everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is well-maintained and the bed linen and towels provided are clean and the provision or air conditioning and room fans are a necessity in the summer heat. Our 9 year old son loved the pool and this was the centre of much of our activity over the holiday, although the sea inflatable provided the central attraction for our only beach day. The resort itself feels incredibly safe and still retains its very Spanish feel. There are no high rise blocks and the walk to the Square along the beach promenade is lovely. The Square (1.7km and a 20 minutes walk) houses a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and many offer special menus, kids options and meal deals. We found the locals to be very friendly and helpful and also made some good friends round the pool, with many owners or their families using the site during our stay. Diane the owner was great throughout, from the moment we made our initial enquiry and throughout our stay. She provided lots of useful information on the accommodation and location and was also really happy to work around our flight times. This is the first time we have used Owners Direct and it has been a great first experience. We would fully recommend this apartment and location and would be very happy to return for another visit. Summary: We really enjoyed our holiday here. The apartment was very suited to a family holiday with two young children, it had everything we needed and having air conditioning and ceiling fans really helped. The complex is lovely with a really nice pool and is just across from a gorgeous beach. The town can reached by a 20 minute walk up the promenade and has some really good restaurants which are very child friendly. There is a great atmosphere there at night. The apartment is only a short taxi ride from the airport so it's very handy. The owner was great to deal with at every stage. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend both the apartment and the area.

Summary: Within an hour of arriving at Murcia airport we were eating dinner in the Heming-way restaurant. The apartment was clean and well equipped and within 50 metres of the beach. The promenade is beautifully block paved for several kilometres and well lit at night in a very safe resort. We hired a car and visited Murcia and Cartegena which we thoroughly enjoyed. Both of these locations can be reached by public transport. We definitely intend to return to Diane's apartment in 2016.

Summary: We had seen these apartments on our previous visit when we stayed in the same road so we knew the area quite well. Diane gave us very comprehensive information prior to our visit and we found a welcome pack of essentials waiting for us. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioning a welcome addition. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. We also liked the selection of dvds which included all our favourites, Les Miserable, Meet Joe Black, The King and I etc. It is literally a stone's throw from the beach and the Spinosa bar and kite-surfing school. We took advantage of the Sangria on offer at the bar whilst our two teenagers took advantage of the kite-surfing school. We found 2 weeks without hiring a car perfectly workable with shopping only a ten minute walk away and the main square with an array of restaurants around 20minutes walking along the roads or 25 minutes strolling along the promenade. There are many beachside bars and cafes with loungers to rent quite cheaply. The Mar Menor is shallow, warm and safe for children and there is a communal pool if you don't fancy the beach. The apartment complex is quite secure and the area feels very safe. Highly recommended for a stress free holiday.
