Come experience the Modern Boho feel while being 3 blocks away from dozens of restaurants, shopping, salons and more!
This renovated, cozy cottage, named “Dark Chocolate”, has been designed by Sunlit Brook Co and is aiming to please.
Dark Chocolate can host up to 6 guests with it’s open living/dining combo, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. With the inviting front porch and backyard living, Dark Chocolate is ready to host your weekend, week or month!
No parties or events that have not been approved prior to booking.
This is a no smoking or vaping home.
Also, no animals unless have been approved at booking confirmation.
Sadly, if there are signs of a furry friend (or smoking) and/or is seen on door cameras, we will have to apply an extra charge.
There is a long single driveway large enough for two cars. Additional parking on the street.

Summary: We were in town for a tennis tournament. We had three bedrooms and plenty of room for our three kids. Easy check-in and checkout! The backyard was fun for the kids to run around in. Decorated really cute.

Summary: Location was great as well as outdoor appearance. Inside was a bit tired with a few frustrating issues that wouldn't take a lot to sort out: dishwasher needs fixing in place as liable to to tip forward and loose whole tray of crockery on floor; curtain rails need fixing to brackets; hinges on both toilet doors need lubricating to stop squeaks; shelves in kitchen need levelling to stop items falling off front; one glass bottom cracked so leaked on bedside table damaging phone; mid size plate chipped; accommodates 6 but crockery only sufficient for 4 so guests had to share. Kitchen needed a kettle. Beds really comfortable, plenty of clean towels, AC unit effective and really enjoyed our stay despite the above easily fixed issues.

Summary: Love this house! Very comfortable beds, great dining and living areas - perfect for relaxing at night. Location is fantastic - easily walkable to great shops and restaurants. Our group of four was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Summary: We were in town for aricm and the house was perfect. Not only is it cute but it’s also clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Our family of four (plus grandma) had a great stay! We loved our mattress so much that we took a pic so we could buy for our own bed. Tabitha was super responsive and lots of nice touches like champaign (including plastic flutes!) and stockings for the holidays. Great location, close to lots of restaurants/shops. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We had a great stay at Dark Chocolate! The home is spacious, beautifully designed and has everything you could need when visiting Little Rock. The neighborhood is safe, adorable and close to shops. I love the kitchen! The beds are very comfortable, the water pressure is fantastic and the AC worked excellent on 90+ days too! It's also sleek and state of the art without being overly complicated. Tabitha was an outstanding host and communicator. She even went the extra mile by providing a cute little serving platter for our baby shower! So so nice! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Tabitha!
