Summary: We booked for five adults but the property was really best for four adults… two couples. Apart from that a great location. Easy for motorways and public transport. Very comfortable beds. Great showers. Secure parking for two cars was great. Check in information could include the detail that the entrance is on Pacific Highway and the garage entrance on Lords Ave. I would consider booking again if we had the need.

Summary: The check in and check out process was a bit complex but overall decent. Netflix is not logged in so one has to use their own login details to use Netflix

Summary: Booked for 2 x 80 year old couples who were travelling for a son's wedding. I specifically asked that there were no stairs. Were told there was a lift, which there was but then inside the unit were 2 flights of 8 wooden stairs each up to a bedroom, completely unacceptable and was extremely unfortunate and difficult for the elderly couple to access. Could only do it once and stay up there until morning. Also very disappointing that there was no tea, coffee, sugar or anything in the kitchen. Very poor as there were no shops or anything close by. Also very complicated to get into unit and communication wasn't the best. Booked a few months ago and still hadn't had check-in details the night before departure and had to chase them up to get them, which was very stressful for my elderly parents too.
