Our house is located in the Rössleweg on a very quiet western slope. Here you can relax and find yourself. The center of town can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The modern, bright non-smoking apartment is recommended for two people.
It offers 60 sqm living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower / toilet.

Dining table, four chairs, comfortable seating, built-in cupboards and shelves with lots of books (also in English), large LCD TV, internet radio with your home transmitter, CD player, USB port (bring your favorite music on a USB stick ), Smoke detectors, games.

Small fitted kitchen with stove / oven with grill, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee machine (pad) optionally fully automatic, milk frother, hand mixer, toaster, tea towels and enough dishes and cooking utensils.

A bed 140 × 200 and an additional bed 90 × 200, built-in wardrobe, LCD TV, smoke detector, bed linen.

Summary: Excellent value for the money. Nice location in the southern Schwarzwald as a jumping off point. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Summary: The appartment was very clean, the location perfect to see the whole area from Freiburg, to Feldberg and so on. Every thing was there, kitchen equipment was better than we have at home. Even a Tablet so we could listen to music, 2 tv screens. A wonderful garden. I would recommend this appartment to everyone visiting the black forest. All tourist info is there from timetables of the bus to hiking routes etc. Thank you for the pleasent stay Reinard and family!

Summary: We have spent 10 days in this lovely home in august 2014. The place is clean, bright and spacious, and has pretty much everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is clean and nice and so are the living and the bedroom. The garden is large and beautiful, and quiet as it the home is on the end of a dead-end street. There is a built-in barbecue and all the tools are available. The owners are extremely friendly and will go out of there way to help you whenever they can. St. Maergen is quiet little town but has a convenience store, a baker and a butcher, and just one town away to St Peter, there is a large supermarket. Do prepare for a few uphill climbs in St. Maergen though. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only things we "missed" during our stay where a microwave - which, when you think of it, is just a modern luxury you can do perfectly well without - and a washing machine. Especially if you plan to stay longer, this may be an issue as we didn't find any laundry service in the nearby area. But quite frankly, if you'd ask the owner she'd probably let you use her washing machine. In short, we would highly recommend staying here!
