Summary: We loved this little place, we liked that is was newer (2020) and has modern decor and amenities. It was very clean. Close to Hocking Hills attractions. easy to find and drive to. Perfect for a couple. Bed firm but comfortable. Peaceful location. Neighbors breed dogs, and we would hear them bark in the distance, but only when something would get them riled up, then they would calm down and be quiet. it didn't bother us and wasn't disruptive. It has a nice little hot tub and fire pit. Would stay there again. Owner responded quickly when we had small issue.

Summary: Perfect mix of outdoors-y enjoyment and comfortable digs. The interior decor is second to none. Hot tub is small and not a traditional hot tub but still gets the job done - just know it only first two adults. Property seems new and I imagine they'll add even more to it over time. Grill is charcoal not gas so plan to bring charcoal if your plan is to grill. Coffee maker is a Keurig so bring your own K cups. We did hear the dogs at the breeders often and they were loud but we're dog lovers so we made peace with it. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
