Summary: This place fulfilled our needs during a recent 3- night stay in Carrollton. Ultimately it was okay, but it did not make a good first impression. The grass was over 12 inches high in patches, desperately needing to be cut. Because of heavy dew (but no rain) on the tall grass, our feet got wet each morning on the short trek from the house to our car (parked in the gravel driveway) and back—or anytime we walked in the yard after dark. The screen door on the back of the house was broken—screen punched out and door unable to close. Upon first arrival, I reported this fact (via text message and photo) to the designated contact person, who said neither his handyman nor previous guests had noted the problem. He also indicated that the handyman was supposed to show up to mow the yard, but when we departed after 3 nights the grass had not been cut. Inside, the light over the sink had burned out bulbs, making the sink area only dimly illuminated. Otherwise the place is spacious and priced practical for our purposes. Nothing fancy: the renovations are basic, with rough finishes in some cases.

Summary: Stayed at this property in Carrollton following a conference in Atlanta. Nice quiet neighborhood, 15-20 min walk to historic section with restaurants and bars. Great kitchen and nice place to kick back and relax for a couple days.

Summary: House was comfy. Close to our daily meeting. Neighborhood had some scary cars but there were no bad interactions. All in all, a very good stay.

Summary: The house was clean and not far from downtown. It was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised at the well set up kitchen with nice dishes and cooking ware. It worked wonderful for cooking there! I would definitely stay there again.
