Positive: It was an excellent experience. I booked this accommodation because of a trade fair, and the host was incredibly helpful. They signed for my trade fair samples, tracked the courier on my behalf, and solved a major problem for me. As a first-time visitor to Düsseldorf, the kind host even picked me up from the airport, which helped me, a stranger who didn’t know the way, find the hotel smoothly. It was truly wonderful! The hotel environment is great, and the transportation is very convenient too! Thanks again to the kind host!

Negative: I hope they improve the pillows in the bedrooms it is the only thing that we don’t like in this apartment

Positive: A clean, big apartment where we could all rest and sleep comfortably. Located near a busy road, but parking was available nearby (in the street, some areas paid, some unpaid). A friendly, responsive host and very clear instructions in the apartment, so one feels well-informed. Nice beds and two pillows to choose from - soft and thick one, so we slept really well. There was also a desk if one needed to work, and a living room with a large table, sofa and armchairs. In the bedrooms there was enough space to store our clothes. There was also an iron and ironing desk. It was possible to use the washing machine and the drier in the basement, which may be convenient during longer stays. The check-in and check-out process was totally unproblematic.
Summary: A spacious apartment in the vicinity of the main station.

Positive: The host was very kind and helpful! We could open the door with the code, but the host was also there and gave some explanation. The appartment is large and well-equiped with cleaning things, coffee and tea. Free parking is nearby but you can also place the car in front of the appartment for unloading.

Positive: The stay was great. The apartment had Netflix, which was useful to keep the kids entertained. It’s also conveniently located close to the city center.
Negative: What we liked less was the immediate surroundings: because the complex is on a busy road, there’s constant traffic passing by. We didn’t hear it while sleeping, but loading and unloading the car felt stressful. The curb in front of the building is so narrow that the car barely fits, and both the sidewalk and the street are busy. You can park for free across the road in a designated lot—something the host explained clearly with photos and directions, and they did say we could stop briefly at the entrance to drop bags—but even with that information the process was still a bit nerve-racking.
