10' ceilings, original (100+ year-old) hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances all complete this West 7th bungalow.

The upstairs bedrooms are conjoined - meaning you'll walk through the room with the daybed to access the other upstairs bedroom with the queen bed.

We utilize Ring video doorbells for our guests' safety. This also allows us to ensure the booking details are accurate -- if more people than are listed attempt to check in, or someone other than the person who made the reservation checks in, we'll be alerted.
PETS:
We can accommodate 1 dog per reservation upon approval only. Your dog must be on the reservation with the DAILY pet fee ($50 PER night) paid prior to arrival or you will be subject to an additional charge plus the nightly pet rate.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the property. It was a great place to rest and relax in between events we had at the convention center. The neighborhood is active and the front porch makes a quiet place to read or people watch at the park across the street. Even though there is a school and park close by, the house is nice and cozy and quiet. There is a family of rabbits that nibble at grass in the backyard. It was relaxing to sit and sip coffee and watch them in the mornings. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. Everything was clean and inviting when we arrived and the owners were responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Summary: Our group met in St. Paul for an event at the Xcel Center and the house location was perfect. Close to the airport too. Shamrocks is a 10 minute walk and they have a free shuttle to Xcel. There is one private bedroom downstairs and the rest of the sleeping locations are in shared spaces. The upstairs has loft style bedrooms without doors. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Summary: We were a group of 6 up for the weekend to attend the PWHL Minnesota game at the Xcel center. We grealty enjoyed our stay in the cozy bungalow. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet even with being a couple blocks from 35E. House was very easy to find and was the perfect location to get to the Mall of America and the Xcel center! Everyone slept comfortably and the shower in the main bathroom was amazing! The renter had games available, so one night we enjoyed some card games after having a wonderful meal at Bennett's chop house which is just a few blocks away. The renters were very easy to communicate with and even checked with us after the first night's stay. We would be happy to stay at location again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Twin Cities!

Summary: We traveled for medical appointments- the proximity to Gillette Children’s and M Health Fairview at Fulton Street is fantastic! A bonus is the access to West 7th in St Paul for restaurants and activities. The house was a great size for us (3 adults). It is very clean and has a nice decor/vibe. Off-street parking and laundry facilities were big pluses for us. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Comfortable beds. Accessibility could be an issue for some - the entrance to this older home is up steps with no railing - we solved this by having less steady individuals go in the side door. One bedroom is on the main floor. We would stay again.

Summary: We had a comfortable stay for nearly a week over Christmas weekend. The house was very comfortable for the 5 of us - two family groups - with a spacious kitchen and dining room, comfy beds, easy check-in and check-out, very responsive and caring host. We also appreciated how walkable the location is in nearly every direction and easy to take long walks, last minute holiday shopping, coffee shops, the nearest TJ's etc.

Summary: We came to the area for the Twin Cities Marathon. Unfortunately, the marathon was cancelled Sunday am. This did not diminish our love for this home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. The location makes it an easy drive to the start and finish of the race and parts of the course. We would highly recommend the home for marathon weekend.
