We welcome you to our beautiful Abbotsford home nestled in the Sumas Prairie surrounded by agriculture and gorgeous mountain views. Fall asleep to the sound of frogs and wake up to the sound of birds. We have lots of beautiful birds that come to visit our feeders including red winged blackbirds etc.
Come enjoy any season in Abbotsford. There is lots to see and do from hiking, waterfalls, country markets and so much more!
We know what is is like to be a guest in someone else's home. We always appreciated the little things that made our stay more convenient and comfortable, and we want to do the same for our guests. The suite is approx 750 square feet. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child comfortably as the second bed is a queen serta air mattress. Fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need. There is a private patio space outside the front door for use. Parking is included in the driveway for up to 1 vehicles tandum.
MAX 2 adults 1 child in the suite (with restrictions due to 2nd bed being a queen sorta airmattress)
Guests have their own entrance to come and go as you please. You have access to the entire 1 bedroom suite and its amenities. There is a queen Serta self inflating air mattress as options for a 2nd bed. There is a private covered patio with patio furniture and a private BBQ. We have a shared trampoline and pool in the back. We also have a playpen/bassinet/highchair available upon request. The suite contains a cooler for those day trip picnics a keurig coffee machine as well as some other amenities for your convenience.

Summary: This property is just over the border. It had everything our family of four needed. So many amenities were just up the road. There are plenty of towns, east & west, to visit. This area felt very safe. Even though this property is backed up to railroad tracks, we didn't hear or feel trains coming through.

Summary: A retreat while away from home with all the at home amenities. The suite was cozy, clean bright and enjoyed during our stay. It was good to ‘come home’ every day after the events we enjoyed that day. Any minor items were immediately attended to, the request for a Slow cooker, a foldable chair, a wifi issue not caused locally but promptly attended too and brought back to availability. Thanks is such a simple word but meant sincerely for the wonderful stay and attentiveness to details. When back in Abbotsford it will definitely be the first location we will check out for availability!

Summary: We were happy to have this lovely place to stay while visiting our family over the Christmas holidays. The hosts were thoughtful enough to call us to advise of a power outage & tell us where they would leave a flashlight. As it turned out, the power was back on when we returned. They invited to drop in on a seasonal open house they were hosting and left delicious cookies for us. We would highly recommend this property for visitors to Abbotsford or the area.
