Positive: Very clean house. I liked the affordability of the place and experiencing the local life and local community. A rooming house environment is a good way to understand the community and be able to relate to it's residents. As a rooming house owner and occupant myself, I appreciate the chance to experience another city in this way. If you're looking for clean, modest affordable short-term shared accommodation, you'll like this place too, as I did. We need more places like this!

Negative: Negatives: 1 mouse; bathroom door doesn't close; window and an outside door need weather stripping, a little more maintenance in general.

Summary: I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for providing an affordable alternative to a motel.

Positive: I really liked the co/host. How much he cared and worked hard to meet everyone’s needs. The co/hosts alone made the stay vert comforting.,

Negative: I feel like the property itself for where it is located is lovely. It does however need some cosmetic work and deep deep cleaning in addition to a broken bathroom that one of the guests stayed before said the second bathroom was broken the previous visit over a year ago. There was a burning smell when oven is burned and they want to cook. That was a bit frightening. I stayed in single and shared rooms and what a nice accommodation to room alone but also to pay a bit less and co facilite if necessary. I loved the central location but not a good place to be outside alone after dark.

Summary: I liked the comfort after staying a few weeks especially of the co-hosts. The host was also very flexible and accommodat

Positive: The room was nice.Had its own bathroom.

Negative: However it was very cold. Only a stand alone electric heater that really did not warm anything. The blankets are thin. Room one door was not labeled. Hard to get ahold of someone. Though do not believe it was meant to be heard saying damn before hanging up. It was said. There is a bus station in front of property or something that announced stuff all day. Which would have not been bad if I did not work night shift. Blinds broke so very bright in room. Someone could not get in front door so banged on front door which is right by room 1. Needless to say I did not sleep well.

Summary: I was tired from lack of sleep.

Negative: I had some difficulties in beginning using the outermost door lock. Also severely disliked that the common shared areas were extremely cold almost as there was no heat in the building.ĵĥ c
